Building Managers require vendors/contractors/service providers entering their building to provide proof of insurance coverage that meets their building’s requirements. Most of the buildings around Dallas and Fort Worth have Office Boy’s current Certificate of Insurance on file specifically for their building, but if they do not, please ask them to send a SAMPLE CERTIFICATE (they know what this is) to certificate@officeboy.com. Within a couple of hours, your building management will have a current copy of Office Boy’s insurance coverage that meets your building’s requirements.
